We have combined forces with Fit4Dance to bring some healthy techniques to the community! In the fourth iteration of this cooking series we will we will learn how to prep ingredients that you can use throughout the week to make various meals. There will be a short demo to learn how to prep certain ingredients. Next, you will have the opportunity to make your own prep boxes using the ingredients we have prepared to take home!
