Do you find yourself overthinking, hesitating, second-guessing yourself while others seem to be much more decisive and sure of themselves? - Are you driven and ambitious, yet you find yourself not speaking up in meetings, leading projects or giving key presentations as much as you'd want to, because there's that lingering doubt that you might not be able to pull it off? - Do you find yourself working hard and being highly criticial of yourself - there's always something that's not good enough or more work that needs to be done? Yet you're not delegating or saying no, because they might think you're not capable to handle it all or that you're not a teamplayer? - Do you see others around you getting promoted, acknowledged, being included in workgroups and meetings, while you're left on the sidelines, not asking for what you want, even though you know that you are at least as smart, experienced or qualified as they are? - Do you see others around you “talk big + loud, dominating meetings, not listening to others, making jokes and feeling super confident" and do you want to feel that same confidence without adopting that "big + loud" style? Imagine going to work, and confidently speaking your mind, leading those projects and nailing those presentations. Well, that’s exactly what we’ll be working on in this workshop! After the workshop you'll walk away with: 1) a first-iteration, specific vision of what Confident You would REALLY like to do and don't do at work (+ why pinpointing exactly that matters so much when it comes to boosting your confidence); 2) a clear insight in which of the 3 common mistakes you're making when it comes to finding confidence at work (so you won't be making those mistakes again); 3) the 5 building blocks of confidence - and building blocks #2 and #3 are suprising, and therefore often overlooked; 4) 1 fully done + completed deep dive exercise on building block #4 that you can apply anytime you're feeling low on confidence; 5) the very next step you can take to boost your confidence at work. Make sure to bring pen + paper because there’s tons of good stuff coming your way! My classes are no frills, high energy and built on a foundation of brain science, psychology and practicality.
