Free Bikram Yoga classes with Olga

The class will be on the hard area overlooking the beach with spectacular views over the sea and mountains. The yoga class will include 2 breathing exercises (pranayama) and 26 posees (asanas). It’s suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome, and please feel free to invite friends. What to bring? Comfortable clothes for yoga practice, a mat, some water and a towel.
