Community Hatha Yoga on Mondays

This is the classic dynamic Sampoorna hatha yoga class suitable for everyone.
Beginners are guided and more advanced students provided with suggestions to deepen their practice. The class includes breathing exercises, warming-up and strengthening exercises, yoga postures and a deep final relaxation.
Participation to this class is based on voluntary donation that student wants to give.
Please come to class 15 minutes before the class. Doors will be closed at 20.00 pm
