Mindfulness & Vipassana Meditation

Insight meditation, dharma talks and free tea The first meditation will be Vipassana or Insight meditation using mindfulness of the breath and body. We will sit for about 30-35 minutes It will be followed by a short talk about meditation. We will talk about Buddhism and hindrances to practice as well as other Buddhist teachings that can be useful in our daily lives to reduce suffering. ☕️Tea break and short dharma talk. And we will finish with a Metta or Loving Kindness meditation. 🥑Afterward, several members go out for a vegetarian supper. Everyone is welcome to come. 👌🏻This class is suitable for beginners and long-time practitioners.
