Join, Psychotherapist and Karuna Relaxation Reiki® Teacher, Sue Waldman, while she facilitates a relaxed, comforting and peaceful guided meditation outdoors at Verona Park. Using breath work, Karuna Reiki®, Tibetan chimes, and aromatherapy, learn the techniques of quieting your mind and enjoy the deep, lasting benefits of this ancient practice on your mind, body and spirit. Outcomes such as: reduction of stress, increased ability to concentrate, freedom from detrimental patterns of thought, emotion and behavior, increased learning, improved memory and health.
