Acro yoga, fly and soar, laugh and play!

Have fun learning Acro yoga, and take flight! Learn playful stretches, and sensual techniques to improve balance, strength and become more limber. We will learn individual techniques and then we will combine them with a partner. You can be supported by a partner or you can become a flyer! Acro yoga works all the muscle groups in a fun, friendly, and supportive environment. This practice is for both men and women. Wear tight, comfortable clothing such as yoga pants, sports tops, or tights. No jeans, or sweat pants, bring water bottle. Yoga experience is not necessary! You will enjoy the practice fully while nurturing the child in you. You will leave feeling fully refreshed, nourished and laughing! Sue Tibke has been practicing Acro for 8 years and has a deep understanding of yoga, body mechanics and general playful fun! She will leave you feeling connected and joyful!
