SAY(y)A in Indonesian language means 'I am' so espace sayya means 'My Space'. Hope you'd find 'Your Space' here. Yin/Yang Urban Flow is Vinyasa or Hatha flow based Yoga. The idea of the practice is to create balance of physical activity and calming the mind; the balance of strength and serenity. We move in yoga postures to build heat and to shape physical strength, continued by relaxing the connective tissue (fascia, tendon and ligament), breathing exercise and deep relaxation at the end. At the end of practice, you would feel reenergized and ready to rock the world again. Living in the city is full of challange. We often meet this rapid fluctuation of emotions and the mind. We move all the time physically somehow with autopilot mode, metro-boulot-dodo. It's just like physical exercise, but this exercise taxing our emotional health. We carry this emotional tension all along in our daily activities. We meet a lot of different people with their different energy in every minutes, we meet annoying obstacle just to reach the office or the next meeting, run to get the metro for not being late only to find it's so packed, business trip, job, family affairs, relationship etc. We carry too much, even only in 24 hours. And those tensions appear in our body and mind, whether we realize it or not, until our physical body got weakened and the mind got disturbed. It's good to be back to who we really are when we are not who we are. Disconnect to reconnect. So this practice is dedicated to us, the city people. Seeking the balance and just to connect to ourselves, emotionally and physically in the space of conciousness. Just log out and allow ourselves to find the serenity in the movement and appreaciate the stillness. Again, it's about the practice of the balance of strength and serenity. We need to take care ourselves. See you soon! Love+Light, Atie Julie
