Ryan Kutscher is an entrepreneur, founder, and creative director of circus maximus: an award-winning multidisciplinary creative agency specializing in strategy, branding, content, and media. The agency helps brands of all sizes confidently kick ass in a crazy mixed up marketing world. Nina Faulhaber is the Co-founder of ADAY, an activewear startup focused on performance and aesthetic. Their leggings have a cult following; their Throw and Roll pants had a 2,000 person wait list when they released in December last year. ADAY has been featured in several publications like Business Insider, Today, Huffington Post and more. Nina was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2016 for Retail & E-Commerce. Shane Pittson is the Head of Marketing at quip, the design-driven, direct-to-consumer oral care brand based in Dumbo, Brooklyn. He studied Information Systems at BYU where he was a Crocker Innovation Fellow. Shane joined quip 3 years ago as their first employee, where he has developed systems for growth and operations.
