Ashtanga Yoga - is a traditional form of yoga developed by Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. It is a dynamic form of yoga which synchronizes breath and movement through a set sequence of postures. It is moving meditation that cleanses the body and the mind. This is a guided class that we will get through the full primary series, an intensive class that will be suitable for experienced practitioners.
