An evening to understand our relationship with food and its impact on our moods. Speaker Ranjan Amin, having had a long career in food and medicine, she founded "Ayurvedic Health" to help clients manage pain through food. Along with her medical work, Ranjan is also a teacher of meditation based at the international Headquarters of the Brahma Kumaris in London.
