On Monday evenings we explore the practice of Mindfulness, other techniques of connection with self and the nature, and we build strength and stamina to move confidently through challenges and in direction of our dreams.

We'll start with Qi Gong stretching exercises to stimulate blood circulation and energy flow through the body. The length of meditation varies with environmental temperature and experience of our members. Beginners are most welcome. This is an easy introduction to meditation for anyone who might be hesitating to try these ways of neutralizing the negative effects of stress in their life. Come reconnect with yourself, the surrounding nature, and build up enough positivity to swiftly glide through your week.

We meet each week on Monday from 7:00 to 8pm. Le lundi soir, nous explorons les pratiques de pleine conscience, et d'autres méditations guidées qui aident à stimuler l'énergie et à nous concentrer sur la semaine à venir.

Nous commencerons par les exercices d'étirement du Qi Gong pour stimuler la circulation sanguine et le flux d'énergie à travers le corps. Ce sont les mouvements douces et faciles à pratiquer. La durée de la méditation varie en fonction de la température ambiante et de l'expérience de nos membres. Les débutants sont les bienvenus. Ceci est une introduction facile à la méditation pour quiconque hésite à essayer de neutraliser les effets négatifs du stress dans sa vie. Nous nous réunissons chaque semaine le lundi de 7h00 à 8h00,le soir. There is no cost but donations accepted gratefully. This is an informal group and anyone interested in increasing levels of personal wellbeing, life balance and health is welcome. Each member can be a facilitator of our morning meditation. We welcome new knowledge, techniques, ideas and courage. What we value most - is sharing the positive experience in nature, yet - we never get wet under the rain. We find meditation is way of being open and accepting with a non-judgmental curious awareness. This effortless way of being creates a foundation for living more fully in our work, meaningful relationships and all the other areas of life. With help of the great wisdom teachings and our diverse community encounters we learn to create a wise and compassionate space within ourselves in which to view our whole existence with openness and kindness.
