Meditation for Relaxation Class

Together we will practice various meditation techniques to calm the mind and release everyday tension. This is a non-physical class. Singing bowls, seated meditation, and guided visualization are some of the things we will explore. Participants are not required take the yoga class beforehand! You may practice while seated in a chair or lying down.
Wednesday nights from 7:00pm - 7:30pm
