THIS GROUP IS OFFICIALLY EMERGING FROM HIBERNATION! AND THIS IS ONE MEETUP YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS! To kick things off, we are going to offer a DUAL DEMO, featuring Strong As a Mother Fitness and Interval Health. We will begin with a 40 minute full body workout designed specially to help postpartum women get back into an exercise routine. Following that, we will throw out the picnic blankets and share in a light snack as we circle up to talk about all things postpartum for the remainder of the meet up. Moms with children of all ages are welcome to join. Your organizers apologize for the lack of Meetups but we hope to begin having one a week if not more based on participation and feedback.
