Mindfulness Meditation w/ Aroma-Acupressure

A simple, yet powerful meditation to draw healing light into the body, helping to calm the mind, and release tension from everyday stresses. This will lead us into a mindfulness practice of being present in the moment by remaining aware of our thoughts, physical sensations, and environmental surroundings. Mindfulness meditation leaves us feeling relaxed, refreshed, and more centered. This practice includes Aroma-Acupressure to relax your nervous system within minutes. 30 minutes *Private sessions are available. All levels are welcome. We have some bolsters and blankets available.
