Mindshow lets you make animated movies in VR!
Personalize your show by choosing a world to inhabit and decorating it with props. Bring your characters to life using your body and voice! Everything you do as a character you can record and watch from any angle. Share your show with friends on social media and experience the amazing stories they make too! OUR GUEST SEAN TARRANT:
Sean Tarrant works as both a stage actor and a VR software developer. He is the creator of Enter Hamlet, an educational app for Google Cardboard that helps the user to learn and understand the "To be, or not to be" soliloquy from Shakespeare's Hamlet. He is also the creator behind the Enter Hamlet YouTube channel where he posts animations and experiments created in Mindshow. Currently he is building training and safety modules in VR for AIG, and in his free time experimenting with placing some of Samuel Beckett's later works in VR. He has been interested in exploring the possibilities of performance in VR ever since he first read Neal Stephenson's Diamond Age. http://Mindshow.com ABOUT ARA:
The internet is broken: a handful of centralized companies own the world’s data, content, and distribution. This drives up infrastructure costs for businesses and developers, and takes ownership away from consumers. ARA’s community-driven platform and developer SDKs leverage distributed computing, blockchain, and the sharing economy to make the delivery and sale of assets quick, cost-effective, and secure OUR GUEST SUNNY ATWAL:
10+ years in game studios and startups developing games, VR/AR and other interactive software. Loves teaching and developing curriculum involving software development. Enjoys traveling and has lived in 3 different countries. Plays guitar left-handed but not very well. Web: https://ara.one/ •WHAT TO BRING:
