When we are attached to something or someone, we tend to make bad choices in lives. When you are able to make one step back, you will have more clear vision to your life. You will start to drop unnecessary attachments and emotional baggages without trying to understand if you learn to meditate properly. What is Chan Meditation
Chan (called "zen" in Japanese) is the most advanced form of Mahayana Buddhist meditation. We follow the tradition of Wei Yang lineage, one of five Chinese Chan schools transmitted by Grand Dharma Master Hsuan Hua. We adapt Chinese Chan training methods to the Western culture and call it "American Chan". Since 2005, students of American Chan from all walks of life and many continents have been improving steadily from beginner to expert levels, thus enabling them to better cope with the increasing complexities and challenges of modern times.
