Monday Night Couch to 5K

this is the Couch to 5K beginners running group of the Astoria Runners. We will be doing the couch to 5 K program on the track. Currently our members are up to week 5 of the program (5 minute running intervals) however this group is definitely open to all levels and paces. If you can do faster than this, or can run at least a 15 minute interval, the regular Wednesday night run meets at the same time. Thanks! Jonathan
