Let's keep calm and meditate together. No prior meditation experience needed. As a highly sensitive person I have suffered a lot from empathic distress. I was too much in my head and my thoughts kept running the show, which threw me off balance and off center a lot. But thanks to my mindfulness practice I have learned to assemble my own toolkit of breathing, meditation and centering techniques that help me stay grounded, calm and centered. I will show you some of these techniques, we will practice them together and then it's up to you if you want to continue practicing them for yourself. Please only RSVP when you are committed to attend. Space is limited. So please be mindful when something changes in your plans and you can't join anymore.
