Strength in Vulnerability

Every leader has vulnerability so lets stop denying it. The greatest leaders have the self-awareness to recognize this fact. They also recognize that showing their vulnerability is a sign of courage and strength, among other admirable qualities. Vulnerability is a frightening thing for many of us. But knowing that vulnerability is a universal condition, and that recognizing and owning our vulnerability is a form of true courage – here’s a thought that’s even more frightening: What would it be like to reach the end of your life and to wonder what would have happened if you’d truly shown up, ready to give your all and, if necessary, sacrifice all. We believe when leadership gets better, life gets better. Leadership begins within, and to have a better career, business, family, or community, it starts by building a better you. Junto meet-ups are designed for the purpose of mutual improvement. We meet Fridays at 9:30 am for one hour. We work hard to start and end on time. --->>> Feel free to come early, grab a beverage in The Perk & Taps on your way in, and then join us for a little networking. <<<--- Every person at the table is invited to participate with thoughtful curiosity in the spirit of growth and development. Each week a different topic is explored that supports the development of personal leadership, and how these principles and ideas apply to our daily life at home, at work, and in the community. Meetings are lead with thought-provoking questions, and facilitated with a round-table format, allowing each participant the opportunity to engage, share, and expand their leadership consciousness. Currently, meetings are free to attend. Participants are asked to purchase a beverage or treat to support the goodwill of the coffee shop.
