Lower Manhattan Workout (East Side Esplanade)

This is a weekly workout focused on shorter speedwork, such as 400m to one-mile repeats, though we often go longer. While the East River Park Track is being renovated, we will meet just outside the closed track entrance. We will do workouts along the path next to the water. NOTE: There is no bag check. Please leave your bag at home/office, or drop it at a nearby gym. After the workout, the group heads to Zum Schneider's for large-glass libations and yummy German food. It's located on the corner of 7th and C so run your cooldown there and join us! And it's CASH ONLY so hit the the ATM beforehand or use the one located in the bar
