No program ever tasted so good. Join us for fun and learning as Chef Nathan Gross demonstrates the "art of garde mange'".  Garde Mange' is the making of edible fruit and vegetable sculptures as centerpieces for the buffet table.  Sure, you could pile some food on a plate. But maybe you want to up your game next time you have guests over, or just want to create a holiday party like a pro. We asked Chef Nathan Gross to teach us about garde mange'.
