Chef Nathan Gross (of the Culinary Corner with Chef Nate) is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has over 40 years experience in the culinary field. He has taught at BOCES, and Chef Central. He can be seen on the History Channel's "Mega Meals", and was Executive Chef at some of the Tri-State areas largest facilities. He has also won awards for his work at the Jacob Javits Hotel/Motel Culinary Salon in New York City. Space is limited and registration is necessary.
