Mindful Astoria: Wednesday Meditation Gathering
Chaque semaine le mercredi
Mindful Astoria: Wednesday Meditation Gathering Join us on Wednesday nights for meditation and conversation about mindfulness. Learn how to bring mindfulness into daily life, and how to establish, maintain, and deepen a personal mindfulness practice. Each class will consist of instruction in different forms of mindfulness meditation, and time for group discussion and connecting with the community. Depending on the week, the teacher may give a talk or share a reading about a related topic. Check out our group guidelines ( http://www.meetup.com/Mindfulness-Meditation-Astoria-Queens-NY/messages/boards/thread/49250451#[masked] ).
