Mindful Flow and Meditation (Donation class)

This donation-based class is open to anyone who would like to learn about the powerful effects mindful movement, pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Appropriate for all levels. Beginners welcome, as well as experienced yogis and meditators looking to deepen their practice. We will meet 6:30-8pm on the last Sunday of each month at Rock River Yoga in Boonton. The next session will be held Sunday, July 29th. Additional details and information will be posted at: http://www.rockriveryoga.com . Pre-registration is available, drop-ins are also welcome (please arrive 10 minutes early). We hope to see you there!
