Dear Members, I am finally back. Since I have not been in touch with you, I have created a lot of content getting ready to start my online course (6 months Mentorship) in September. And my book "Weight Loss Through The Soul" is in the works for September too. I am so excited about getting so close to sharing with you how I help my private clients to heal their past experiences and help them live a fulfilling and happy life, achieving weight loss through self-love and self-respect. On this meetup, besides getting to know each other, I wanted to talk to you about how to approach weight loss in a way that could make you feel good and happy even before you reach your goals. Have you tried different diets, exercise routines, diet pills to lose weight? Did those make you feel good while you followed them or made you feel tight, heavy, stressed, anxious, deprived and the top of it, you did not reach the goal you set for yourself? Did you resent your body before, during this experience? You might have blamed yourself in the past for falling off of those programs or for not reaching your goal.

And because of these experiences, you might believe that there was something wrong with you.

But if something does not make you feel good, it can't be good for you! You might have even felt that something was wrong, only because you judged yourself or deep down believed that you were not good enough, you disregarded your feelings.
