Before founding NSRE in 2014, Ms. Shu was Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap, the nation's largest commercial real estate brokerage firm. At Marcus & Millichap, Ms. Shu was frequently top broker in the Manhattan office and closed on over $500 million in commercial real estate.
