UX Portfolio Review Session

UXPA NJ is partnering with Rutgers University's Masters in Business Science UXD specialization program and Central Design NJ for a joint portfolio review session. This event provides an opportunity for us to review our past and current work with each other. We understand that many of you are going through a job search process, or probably will be at some point in the future. This event is a valuable opportunity to receive important and useful feedback. Rutgers University students, faculty, and staff (with ID) may attend and participate at no cost to them. ABOUT THE QUESTIONNAIRE: When you register via eventbrite, let us know which role you'd prefer when completing the questionnaire of no more than 3 questions. Presenters are asked to provide an active portfolio link when completing the questionnaire, in advance of the event. Presenters are asked to bring a USB drive with a copy of their portfolio as a back-up portfolio source. General information on the portfolio review process is provided here and at the event. Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated on a space-available basis. Refreshments will be provided. Agenda:
6:30 - 6:50: Refreshments, networking, and introductions.
6:50 - 7:30: Rutgers students present their collaboration with Carpool World; their UXD practicum project. This segment will take the form of two group presentations.
7:30 - 7:45: Break. Organizers will determine review group(s) and/or room(s) if needed.
7:45 - 8:00: Assigning review group(s).
8:00 - 9:00: 60 minutes of review time.
4 portfolio reviews per review group.
(10min presentation + 5min Q&A).
