Fun HIIT training in the park

Hi Everyone, The workout will consist of a HIIT routine I've created and designed for people of all fitness levels. We will warm up, workout, and cool down/stretch. Please bring water with you. You don't need any equipment, just a positive attitude! Please arrive on time as the class will start at 9:00 a.m. Quietly join us if you arrive later. Thank you and see you soon!
