• What we'll do
This exercise class is aimed at new Mums who would like to ease themselves back into exercise. We will address all areas of fitness: balance, core, strength and cardio with exercises adapted to your current capabilities. Babies under 2 are welcome to come along. There are toys provided. • What to bring
Exercise mat if you have one. Water is a MUST! All other equipment is provided. • Important to know
Classes last for one hour and cost 20chf per session. You can sign up and pay via our website: www.stepbystepfitness.ch/Classes or pay in cash on arrival. You must however register before you attend so the trainer can plan accordingly. The session will only take place with a minimum of 3 people.
