Join us for a guided Self Inquiry Meditation, a method that you can apply anywhere and anytime. You can use it in your day to day life in order to keep yourself centered, calm and also to dissolve your stress, worries and anxieties. This Self-Inquiry method is based on Sri Ramana Maharshi's guidance.
We are highly excited to share what we practice all the time. This meditation has absolutely transformed our life by bringing us back into our true home (Self) and keeping us there constantly.
