STRONG fitness Classes

This is a fitness class for all ability levels! It’s a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class that will get your heart rate up and burn lots of calories. All ability levels are welcome because modifications will be shown. We move to the music (NOT DANCE) with easy-to-follow fitness choreography throwing in some punches, jabs and kicks for fun. If you’re comfortable getting on the floor, you are challenged with the occasional push-up and burpee, there’s modifications for those too, so don’t worry! The last 10 minutes we are on the floor working our abdominals and core. The choreography does not change often so you get to know the music and the moves and week-by-week you can push yourself further to your goal. Along with a good diet, you will see positive changes in your body, your energy, your overall health and best of all new friends who will help to motivate you week after week! This is a fitness class so make sure you wear comfortable workout clothes, sneakers and water. I also recommend bringing a yoga mat but I have two extras if you don’t have one, first come first served. Class is $8 walk-in or you can buy 10 classes for $60.
