Here we learn to practice postures in a way that individualizes our experience. While providing room to grow. Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yamas and Niyamas (10 Principles of Yoga), Chakras balancing ( Our Subtle energy centers), Mudras (symbolic hand gestures to shift energies and direct energies, Mantras (positive affirmations) are also explored in these lessons.
