Restorative yoga class utilizes yoga props to bring the body into postures that release tightness, stiffness and soreness. Students will rest in 5 -6 yoga postures that open individual areas of the body. These classes bring: physical alignment, better posture, circulation, a greater lung capacity, flexibility, and a sense of calm. If you are in need of a rest button, this class is for you! As always listen to your body, and take postures to where your body feels comfortable.
