Take your “Siesta break” on a different level by joining us for 75min of mindful and dynamic movement. We will move and transition from one pose to another synchronizing the breath which will ultimately help you build strength and flexibility. A flow class uses a sequence of traditional yoga postures linking them with the breath through a fluid movement which creates flowing sequence. Based on a Vinyasa Flow this class will not only keep you active and get your heart rate up, but it will teach you the creative transitions between the key poses in yoga leaving you with a refreshed feeling and full with energy for the rest of the day. Classes are for all yoga lovers, no experience needed.
