Summer is around the corner and the bikini days are coming soon. Join us for a dynamic, flowing Strengthening Yoga sessions at the Turia park (because the beach is still windy) where we will burn some calories, lengthen and tone our muscles.
Based on a Vinyasa flow yoga this class is mainly focused on a flowing Yoga sequence linking the movement and breath though different Yoga poses and exercises. This dynamic whole body workout will tone and sculpt every major muscle group in your body and you will get more mobility, flexibility and strength. Expect energizing tunes that will motivate you moving through the class, squats, lunges, lots of core work and tones of fun. *BRING: your favorite Mat/Rug/Towel & smile :) Classes are for all yoga lovers, no experience needed.
