Part-Time Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training
Du 13/04/2018 18h00 au 15/04/2018 18h00
Ashram Yoga’s yoga teacher training course is designed to empower you to become a confident, competent and qualified yoga teacher. Level 1 gives you a firm foundation in yoga whether your intention is to teach or deepen your own knowledge.
This course starts with beginners' yoga and over seven months progressively builds to intermediate practices. This course is taught systematically, which makes teaching very easy when you graduate. At the end of the course you will be qualified for the Yoga Alliance's RYT-200 certification and will have the skills to teach beginner to intermediate yoga postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation (nidra vidya) and meditation (dhyana).
We accepts students of all ages and fitness levels. No previous experience with yoga is necessary and there are no exams to pass. This course is about education in the truest sense of the word. It embodies Ashram Yoga's approach to yoga - that yoga should be tailored to you.
Learning Made Easy
The course is taught over a series of weekends workshops - approximately one per month. Each month builds upon the preceding months giving you an experiential understanding of the yoga practices.
This regular, systematic practice of yoga builds a solid foundation in the body. We frequently find that many students have never deliberately laid such a foundation - even those who have been practicing yoga for years. This new experience opens their eyes to the true healing power of yoga and how simple it can be.
6 x weekend workshops

Our yoga style incorporates yoga postures (asana), yogic breathing techniques (pranayama), guided relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation. We emphasise breath awareness while performing yoga postures as this has a profound impact on all levels of your being. It is this emphasis on the breath that differentiates our approach from many other styles.
Our style is suitable and adaptable to everyone: beginners, advanced yogis, seniors, pregnant women and those with injuries. What we teach is well-rounded and very practical.
