Find ease in expansion You'll hopefully walk away feeling better AND have practical, simple tools that you can use in your everyday life "off the mat." This class is designed specifically and exclusively for people living with Parkinson's, so we will be in a space to share experiences and work together on specific issues. Yoga has been studied extensively by the Parkinson's research community and is proven to aide in prolonging symptom development and improve breath + body connection. Moreover, moving our bodies in awareness throughout our day can bring countless other benefits to our lives. Everyone starts where they are, today. This is a no-judgement, pro-feeling good zone! Feel lighter, brighter, and happier. All on a Sunday morning! Props and equipment are included, water is available to buy ($1); all you need to bring is comfortable clothes, your positive energy, and maybe even a friend or two! Trainers are available before class for whatever questions you may have. Oh, and your first class with us is free!!
