Principle-Based Partner Yoga™ is a visionary art that expands the traditional practice of Yoga into the realm of relationship and authentic connection with others, and is designed for both Yoga practitioners and teachers alike.
This first of its kind training includes an in-depth curriculum and comprehensive Training Manual. It is an opportunity to access our most valuable and needed qualities such as compassion and trust, while deepening our understanding of the healing power of Yoga and touch.The tools and techniques presented are invaluable skills for anyone seeking to live a more connected, heart-centered life. Participants leave the training with all the tools needed to share the practice with others.

Gina Lee, E-RYT 500
Gina is a senior teacher of Principle-Based Partner Yoga™and the owner and principal teacher of Bearfoot Yoga and Wellness Center in New York. Gina is also skilled in both Shamanic and Tantric practices and offerings. She is inspired to synthesize all of her studies into her personal practice, as well as her classes and teacher trainings.
