Are you a new mum and want to start or continue your Yoga journey WITH your baby? This class offers a precious opportunity to introduce your baby to Yoga and practice together. We introduce baby massage, offer restorative post-natal postures to help re-energise the body as well as pranayama to boost energy levels. It is a great opportunity to take time out of your busy week, connect with other mums and feel good in your own body again.
Mums and their babies (up to 9 months) are welcome. The course is suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners. Join us in the beautiful studio and relax with a cup of tea afterwards.
Kristina is a certified Yoga teacher (RYT-200). Furthermore she's a qualified pregnancy Yoga teacher and has a certificate for post-natal Yoga.
Course dates: Monday 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th of April and Monday, 7th of May.
Time: 10.30am to 11.30am
Price: The 5 weeks course costs CHF 150. It's not possible to pay single lessons.
