With this course, learn how to gain inner stillness through engaging in methods that increase our concentration. Pure concentration causes our mind to attain a tranquil state, free from distractions. Learn how to take this tranquility with you in your daily life.
This course is a perfect preparation for the Stillness Within retreat (Easter holiday), which requires four weeks of training in concentration in daily practice at home.
Gen Kelsang Tubchen is the Resident Teacher at the Nordic Kadampa Meditation Centre in Oslo, and the National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in the Nordic Region. She has many years of experience in teaching concentration and guiding meditation retreats. During this course, Gen Tubchen will teach us meditations that we can continue to practice ourselves to improve our concentration.
