Join me this Wednesday for Vinyasa Yoga Fundamentals. This guided Vinyasa flow class will unite breath with movement through a variety of core poses and sequences.
Whether you are a complete beginner or you practice regularly, this Fundamentals class is a perfect opportunity to delve into your practice and explore and deepen some of the core postures of yoga. The class will focus on stretching and alignment, with some balance thrown in for fun :)
Location: TtMadrid. Calle Montesa 35, right stairwell, 2 dcha. Bathrooms/changing rooms are available in the school.
Nearest Metros: Lista, Diego de León, Manuel Becerra.
Time: 8:00-9:00pm (please arrive early to give yourself time to get settled in)
Price (1 hour class): 10 euros (half price for your first class)

**Class packs also available: 5 classes for 45 euros. Current class pack holders can still use classes off of old class packs.
The class is taught in English.
Please bring water as well as a mat on which to practice.

Monday Exploration classes mix things up with different postures and different flows each week - a great pairing for students wishing to change up their yoga practice!
Wednesday Fundamentals classes focus on a series of base postures that will form the majority of the class. These poses are practiced week after week to work on alignment and growth within a particular series.
Saturday All Level Flow classes are one hour long classes that focus on many of the fundamental postures of Vinyasa which are perfect for beginners, while also adding in variations for more advanced practictioners.
Sunday Yoga and Meditation classes are 1.5 hours long and are a balance between Fundamentals and Exploration in terms of postures, and end with meditation.
