Dear Erasmus Students,
Your favourite Student organisation, ESN, needs your help!
On the 8th of December, ESN Lausanne is organising a Mobility Fair, a Student Fair dedicated to student mobility and exchanges. The goal is to present to local students, professors and everyone who is interested, the academic opportunities they have outside of Switzerland. There will be multiple information stands with prospectuses, education plans and study possibilities from the represented universities.
Our main audience is local students from Lausanne. However we would love for you to come by too. Either to inform yourself about your next international study destination, to talk about your home university or just to talk to the local students about your experience as a exchange student. The idea is to emphasise the importance of mobility.
As some of you may know, Switzerland is not part of Erasmus+ and has therefore its own mobility program. Because of this, the exchange possibilities are restricted. Thus, with the Mobility Fair, we would like to show the importance of mobility and the possibilities Erasmus+ could give to Swiss students if Switzerland joined the program.
Furthermore, on the day before, Thursday the 7th, we will have a conference called « Added Value of Exchange » which will discuss the importance of an exchange both on a personal and a professional level. The conference will take place from 4 pm to 6.15 pm on Thursday in room 1612 Géopolis. You are all also very welcome to join. There will be a round table at the end.
We would be very chocolately grateful for your help! If you have any questions regarding the Mobility Fair or the conference, don’t hesitate to contact us at cnd-lausanne@esn.ch.
Cheers,
Your beloved ESN committees
