Ever found yourself in a rut? Are you repeating patterns of behaviour in your relationships that seem to occur over and over no matter what?
In this talk, Ian Refalo will be exploring the ways we tend to sabotage the very relationships we so crave for. We will look at practical examples as to how we do this. We will also see what we can do to prevent this from happening as well as learning to become aware of the danger signals as we slip into repeated ways of self-defeating behaviour. Whether you fall into the above bracket, or are just interested in knowing more as to how we engage in any type of relationship (paternal, maternal, sibling, love, friend), then this hour and a half will hopefully kick start that awareness and give you more control over the destiny of your relationships.
