Class starts at 12:15pm sharp! BYOM (bring your own mat)
These practices are open to everyone.
A little bit about me: my name is Juliet and I recently completed a 300-hour teaching certificate in hatha yoga. I am offering free yoga classes for the month of October as a way to practice and improve my teaching skills. The 45 minute sequence we will do is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens muscles while calming the mind and reducing stress.
