The class

Come and join for a juicy mix of yoga and fitness, feel your baby, body and soul getting nourished by working out while you are surrounded by nature. We will breathe, flow, work out, meditate and relax. Keep yourself energised and relaxed through this mid-week session!

Bring along

Water and a yoga mat or big towel. Wear appropriate clothes you can practice in freely.
