Our Athlete Development Camp is designed for any young
athlete aged 7-14 yrs to learn and develop fundamental
movement and sporting skills. Run by UFIT Academy’s qualified
coaches, athletes will learn proper ways to improve their
sporting ability through speed, agility, strength and mobility
sessions. In the afternoon athletes will work on their technical
sporting skills such as throwing, catching and kicking with
a-sports games focusing on a different sport each afternoon.
• Build strength, power, speed and endurance, whilst
increasing mobility to reduce injury risk
• Improve athletic ability by participating in different sports
whilst continuing to develop your main sport
• Learn the basics of recovery and sports nutrition
• Develop lifelong sporting movement skills.
