Prenatal Yoga Classes are perfectly prepared and adapted for every pregnant woman, with or without previous Yoga experiences. We will focus on the breath while flowing our bodies through gentle yoga poses. After the class you will feel more relaxed in your body as well as more present and beautifully connected with your baby. If you practice yoga while you are pregnant you can improve your sleep, reduce stress and anxiety. You will increase your strength and flexibility and even endurance of muscles needed for your childbirth.
