Join Lisa for a weekend of dynamic asana, partner play, healing arts and fun! All levels welcome, some yoga experience helpful. Although we will be working in pairs and groups, you do not need to bring a partner.

6:30-9:00pm Fluid Flow Following a hip opening vinyasa sequence, we’ll safely explore the basics of AcroYoga: basing, flying and therapeutics.
Friday, 17 November
10-12:30pm Inversions The secret to inversions is alignment, awareness and learning to make friends with fear. Turn your world upside down – literally – on your own mat and on someone else’s feet! No inversion experience necessary.
2-4:30pm Open Your Heart, Friday After creating space in the upper back, chest, neck and shoulders, we’ll experience the freedom of back bending poses – on your own mat and on someone else’s feet!
Saturday, 18 November
10-1pm AcroJam AcroYoga is a dynamic partner practice that blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. In this session we’ll combine all of the elements of AcroYoga to create an empowering experience of strength, grace and flow.
