Mindful Hatha Yoga classes for all levels
Hatha Yoga classes provides an opportunity to stretch and release tension, providing a good counter point to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts. It is known as a more gentle form of yoga, but not to be mistaken as easy, as it can still be challenging both mentally and physically. Through movement and conscious breathing we build strength and flexibility all the while creating a sense of balance and relaxation within the body. Come along and discover for yourself the benefits of what a regular practice can have on your life.
Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 8-9 pm
1st Trial Class €15
Four class pass €50 (Entitles you to 1 class per week for four weeks)
Eight class pass €80 (Entitles you to one class per week for 8 weeks or 2 classes per week for 4 weeks for the more serious yogi looking to deepen their practice.
