Managing Disciplinary Actions by applying the Aruban Labor Law are handy skills for Aruban supervisors, managers and HR staff.
A significant part of our daily activities consists in handling problems created by employees who cannot or will not conform to the rules set by their employer to govern good behavior and encourage them to do their best. For lack of legal norms we wonder many times if our decisions will withstand any challenge and often we do not know how to handle a situation or where to get unbiased information.

In order to assist employers in this complex matter we have developed a 4 sessions training titled “Disciplinary Procedures”, in which we will discuss the following topics:
-Types of problems;
-Requirements of a “Good Employer”
-Case studies and hands on exercises.
